DH Care and Support Specialised Housing (CASSH) fund Phase 2

The fund opened for bids on 17 February and closes on 29 May 2015. There is a separate process being managed by the Greater London Authority for housing within London which will go live shortly. Bidding is open to all organisations who are, or intend to become, qualified as Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) investment partners. This includes housing associations, local authorities, private sector developers and community groups among others.
